The company Checkin Comercial 2020 S.L. (hereinafter, the “Organizer”), with registered office at CTRA. N-II KM. 672.5, LOCAL-B, 08398 Santa Susanna, Barcelona, is organizing a promotion in the form of a random giveaway. This initiative is aimed at individuals who meet the requirements set out in these terms and conditions and choose to participate.
1. PURPOSE
The purpose of the giveaway organized by the Organizer is to promote and increase the subscriber base of the Checkin Hotel Group newsletters.
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Participation in this promotion is free of charge and does not require any purchase. It is open to all natural persons residing in the European Community who, at the time of participation, meet the requirements set out in these terms and conditions.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
Participation in the giveaway begins on January 23, 2026, and ends on January 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (CET). During this period, the promotion, which includes a prize, will be carried out.
The promotional action will only be active during the dates indicated above. The giveaway will be conducted randomly using an online giveaway generation tool.
To participate, it is mandatory to subscribe to the Checkin Hotel Group newsletter and to comply with the conditions specified in section “2. Eligibility Requirements.”
Only those individuals who correctly follow all the instructions will be considered valid participants. The winners must meet all the requirements specified in this section.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participation it deems false, defective, or irregular, without prior notice.
The giveaway of the prizes described in the next section will be conducted among all valid participants during the promotional period. As the prizes consist of hotel stays, reservations must be managed by email by writing to: reservas@checkinhotels.com.
The giveaway will take place on January 26, 2026, using an online random giveaway generation tool (http://www.easypromos.com). Three (3) winners and six (6) alternates will be selected. The event will be held at the Organizer’s offices.
If a winner cannot be contacted, rejects the prize, or does not respond within five (5) days of notification, the next alternate will be contacted, continuing the process until the sixth alternate if necessary. In the event that a winner cannot or does not wish to accept the prize, or once accepted, renounces it for any reason, they may not designate another person to receive the prize. Instead, the corresponding alternate will be contacted in the order assigned by the selected giveaway platform.
4. PRIZES
A 5-night stay with breakfast included for 2 people at a hotel of the Checkin Hotel Group in Spain, of the winner’s choice.
A 3-night stay with breakfast included for 2 people at a hotel of the Checkin Hotel Group in Spain, of the winner’s choice.
A 2-night stay with breakfast included for 2 people at a hotel of the Checkin Hotel Group in Spain, of the winner’s choice.
5. PRIZE NOTIFICATION
Within a maximum period of 24 hours after the giveaway has taken place, the Organizer will contact the winners by email at the address previously provided by the participant. If no response is received within the stipulated period, the first alternate will be contacted, and so on successively.
6. CANCELLATION OF THE GIVEAWAY
The giveaway may not be canceled. Once the promotional period has begun, it must be completed in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. PRIZE AVAILABILITY
When redeeming the hotel stay prize, availability of the proposed dates will be communicated by email via reservas@checkinhotels.com.
In all cases, stay dates are subject to hotel availability and seasonality. Public holidays and the days preceding public holidays are excluded.
8. ADVERTISING
The Organizer reserves the right to publish the names of the winning participants for promotional purposes.
9. AUTHORIZATION
The Organizer may disclose the identity of the winners and mention them in prize announcements, either before or after the prizes have been awarded, in any advertising medium or platform, for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the giveaway.
Additionally, the Organizer reserves the right to capture, free of charge, photographs, videos, and/or voice recordings of the participants. By participating in this promotion, users expressly consent to these actions.
10. PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION
Participants are solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the personal data and other information they provide to the Organizer. Such data will be incorporated into a file managed by the Organizer for the purpose of sending commercial communications related to offers, promotions, and product contracting, as well as direct marketing campaigns.

By participating in this promotion, each participant expressly consents to the Organizer storing and using their data for the purposes described above.
The Organizer will use the data provided by participants to manage the sending of requested information and the provision of services associated with this promotion.
Personal data will be retained for the duration of the relationship between the Organizer and the participants, as well as for the duration of this promotion.
11. LEGAL BASIS
The processing of data is based on the management of the promotion, the execution of the giveaway, responding to information requests, and the provision of services contracted or requested by participating or interested individuals.
The Organizer’s use of the information is carried out under the express consent previously granted by participants when taking part in this promotion.
14. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these Legal Terms and Conditions.
