We open our first hotel in La Manga del Mar Menor, Murcia, and expand our coastal offering in the Canary Islands with two new properties
Checkin Hotel Group adds three new hotels, reaching 30 operating establishments. With these additions, the group takes an important step in its growth strategy, expanding its capacity and diversifying its destinations. This expansion strengthens its presence in key coastal areas and marks its debut in inland destinations.
The group enters the Region of Murcia with the opening of Bakour La Manga Splash, its first hotel in the area. It also incorporates Checkin Ocean Tenerife and Checkin Diamar, reinforcing its presence in the Canary Islands. This diversification allows Checkin to strengthen both its holiday offering and its presence in segments such as long stays and business travel.
Among the new additions, Bakour La Manga Splash stands out. This 4-star hotel features 98 rooms and is located in one of the most attractive areas of La Manga del Mar Menor, known for its calm waters and popularity among families.
The hotel will offer all-inclusive service, a large outdoor pool with sun terrace, water parks opening soon, and a carefully curated and varied gastronomic offering. Its concept is especially designed for family tourism, providing a complete and comfortable holiday experience on the Costa Cálida.
In the Canary Islands, the group adds two new properties. Checkin Ocean Tenerife, a 3-key apartment complex, is located between the prestigious Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf courses, in the south of the island. It is ideal for long stays, romantic getaways, or family holidays. The hotel features a pool, sun terrace, and private parking. With this addition, Checkin now operates four hotels in Tenerife.
Meanwhile Checkin Diamar is located on the beachfront in Arrecife, the capital of Lanzarote, and becomes the group's second hotel on the island. With 90 rooms, a buffet restaurant, and a meeting room, it offers a versatile option for both leisure and business travelers in a prime location facing the Atlantic Ocean.
